COVID-19 / CORONA VIRUS UPDATE - 25/03/2020

 

Due to the recent government advice on social distancing we are still able to operate safely. Please familiarise yourself with our important safety steps below.

 

We take ours and your safety as a top priory. Due to the governments recent guidelines on social distancing, we are still able to operate providing we keep a social distance of at least 2 metres.

The majority of our work is carried out on the external parts of your properties mainly in your gardens i.e patios, driveways, decking, walls ect. So we are able to have zero contact with our wonderful customers.

We will be taking the following steps to comply with social distancing.

Estimating Stage

​

If we are unable to gain access to the area which you require cleaning without entering your house then we will unfortunately not be unable to proceed until further notice.

​

When we arrive to carry out an estimate at your property we will knock on your door and take 3 large steps back and ask you to open any side gates if required. We will then follow you to the area you want cleaned at a distance of at lease 2 metres.

​

Whilst we are measuring the area we will also keep a distance of two metres. Once we have finished measuring the area we will then email you a written estimate no later than 24 hours.

Carrying out cleaning on your property

​

The same rules as above will apply. We will be wearing safety gloves at all times. We will bring our own refreshments. Once our work is complete we will sanitise any outside taps and gate handles as an extra precaution.

Payment

​

Preferred payment of bank transfer. We understand that some of our customers are unable to use online banking, in this case we would request that you have the correct amount of cash or cheque and put it into an envelope and leave it on the doorstep and close the door, we will then pick up the cash/cheque wearing latex gloves.

​

Whilst these precautions may seem extreme, it is in the best interests of all.
